Counselling and Therapy in North London (Finchley)
You may have found this website because you are feeling anxious, depressed or that your life and relationships are proving to be difficult or unsatisfying. You may wish to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgemental setting.
Many people have problems. Anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or the trials of life may prompt people to come to counselling or psychotherapy. Some people may come because of a major event in their life such as a bereavement, others may come because of a general sense of unhappiness or a feeling of being unfulfilled. Being able to talk to an experienced, non-judgemental therapist in a safe environment can be a very therapeutic experience allowing difficulties to be faced and resolved.
Therapy may be helpful to you if you feel you are unable to resolve your problems on your own.
